Five weeks from January 13, 2025 to February 14, 2025 — Infinite-dimensional Geometry - Theory and Applications

Location: University of Vienna, Austria
Web page: link
Abstract: The aim of the project is to reinforce the collaboration between scientists from Austrian research institutions and international institutions around the topic of infinite dimensional geometry. Direct applications of the theoretical aspects of infinite dimensional geometry to shape analysis and medical imaging are part of the program. The programme will last five 5 weeks, each devoted to different topic ranging from abstract theoretical questions to very concrete applications (e.g. medical).

March 2024, from Monday 25 to Wednesday 27 — Colloque Français d'Intelligence Artificielle en Imagerie Biomédicale

Location: Maison MINATEC, 3 parvis Louis Néel, Grenoble.
Web page: link
Abstract: The yearly rendezvous of the French community for AI in biomedical imaging, with many applications of shape analysis to digital anatomy and surgery.

Wednesday, 6 December 2023 from 9am to 6pm — Annual seminar of the SMAI-SIGMA group

Location: Jussieu, seminar room of the Laboratoire Jacques-Louis Lions, room 15-16.309 (in the corridor between stairs 15 and 16, on the 3rd floor)
Web page: link
Abstract: A full conference with presentations by Jean Feydy, Barbara Gris, Ayoub Belhadji (morning) and Vincent Divol, Anna Song, Mathieu Desbrun, Philipp Trunschke (afternoon).

Friday, 28 July 2023 — ICML 2023 Topological Deep Learning Challenge

Location: ICML 2023, Honolulu, Hawaii
Web page: link
Abstract: The purpose of this challenge is to foster reproducible research in Topological Deep Learning by crowdsourcing the open-source implementation of neural networks on topological domains. Participants are asked to contribute code for a previously existing Topological Neural Network (TNN) and train it on a benchmark dataset. Deadline for applications is on July 13th, 2023.
